I believe a positive and trusting relationship between client and counsellor is the key to good therapy. I am committed to supporting you and working together to reach your therapeutic goals, as my services are led by you.

My primary focus is working to manage stress, anxiety, and depression, and the associated symptoms that affect all areas of life. I draw from an eclectic range of humanistic approaches to best meet your needs, implementing tools from many therapeutic modalities, including Psychodynamic Psychology, Solution-Focused Therapy, Positive Psychology, Stoicism, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Existentialism, Mindfulness, and Hypnosis. I have been privileged to be a part of many successful counselling relationships and I'm honoured to participate in and witness such resiliency, acceptance, change, and growth. I believe improvement and wholeness come from within, so I work to shine a light on you as we work together to facilitate your growth. You deserve to be your best self, to BE WELL.
